Shop Policies

By Purchasing, You Agree and Understand the Following:

  • Please check FAQ for sizing details, care instructions, t-shirt type and material, type of ink used in designs, design printing color variations, returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
  • I currently only ship within the United States.
  • I am not responsible for lost/stolen mail.
  • The estimated delivery time for most products is around 4-7 days, plus or minus a few days in production. (Production and shipping times can differ from this estimate).

Delivery

  • Processing Time: Usually varies, but is typically between 3-4 business days.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: While each piece of apparel or item varies, arrival time is typically between 4-7 business days. 
  • Customs & Import Taxes: You are responsible for customs and import taxes. But, don’t worry, they are typically applied for you at check out under taxes
  • Payment Options: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, ELO as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted. 

Lost or Missing Items

  • I am not responsible for lost/stolen mail. I will declare an item missing if it’s at least 20 days past due for delivery. In the case this happens, God forbid, please contact me at info@egg-thief.com and we can try to work something out as far as replacing, refunding, or offering discounts. 

Packing & Wrapping

  • High-quality poly-mailer bags, paper envelopes, and cardboard boxes in a variety of sizes (for larger orders).

Quantity Selector

  • (For Limited Edition Items) Although the quantity selector allows you to increase to almost any number, limited edition items cannot be bought past the number available. 

Do You Accept Cancellations?

  • I do, but they have to be in a timely manner (within an hour of order) and are not always guaranteed (even if it's in a timely manner). Please contact me ASAP at info@eggthiefcreations.com to inquire about a cancellation.

Do You Accept Returns?

  • This shop and all its products have a “no returns or exchanges” policy, but please contact me by email at info@eggthiefcreations.com if you encounter any problems with your order.

Is the Beer, Sunglasses, and/or (any other prop item in feature photos) Included with Purchase?

  • Unfortunately not.
